What is Kundalini Energy?

Your Kundalini energy is your life force energy, your magic, your unique essence, your power. It is an extremely powerful energy that lies dormant, coiled like a snake at the base of the spine until it awakens. This energy can spontaneously awaken or we can consciously awaken it using specific tools and practises. I recommend doing this with a trained professional like myself or someone else you resonate with to ensure you have the essential aftercare and support for integration.

I offer monthly group Kundalini Activation Sessions on Zoom. These are 1 hour long, €15 and all that's required of you is to show up and receive this beautiful healing and activation.
