How I Know This Works

I didn’t create this method from theory. Or learning it from books. I've actually never read a full energy healing book in my life. I've learned from mentors and been guided by God, Source, the Divine in all my gifts and skills. I created this method because I needed it. And I know it works.

Hi, my name is Cora and I'm an Energy Healer and Teacher, from Co. Kerry in Ireland and based now in Bali and Australia.

For 15 years, I lived with constant aching and spasms in my lower back. I thought it was “just my body,” but no amount of stretching, MRIs, rheumatology appointments, physio, or supplements made a difference.

It wasn’t until I started working with my Root Chakra in 2020 that I realised I’d been carrying a lifetime of safety fears and scarcity coding in my body. Within weeks of clearing it, the pain began to melt away — and it never came back.

That was the moment everything changed. I’d just begun training in energy work (Reiki), and this was the proof I needed: this work works.

My throat chakra was another story. For years, I could barely speak up — even with friends and family. Public speaking was unthinkable. Today, I host retreats, lead events, and speak to rooms full of people with a grounded confidence that still amazes me.
